Refund Policy of Rezolv AI Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
This is the Refund Policy of Rezolv AI Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“Rezolv AI”). This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are processed for our services.
Subscription Refunds
Please note that we do not provide refunds for the period of the subscription that has already elapsed. If you wish to cancel the remaining portion of your monthly or annual subscription, kindly contact us at finance@getrezolv.com.
Refund Process
Once a refund is approved, we will process the refund using one of the following methods:
- Net Transfer/NEFT: Refunds may be transferred directly to your bank account via NEFT.
- Cheque/Demand Draft (DD): If the payment was made via Cheque or DD, the refund will be sent to the billing address associated with the customer.
Please note the following:
- No Cash Refunds: Refunds will not be processed in cash under any circumstances.
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. However, for payments made via Cheque or DD, additional time may be required for the Cheque to be delivered to your billing address and for funds to be credited to your account once deposited.
